First, you must know how to locate and find motivated sellers even if they are hiding under a rock. Then you must craft a message that will attract them like bees are attracted to honey. In addition, you need to have a system in place that will not only capture your motivated seller leads but will also deliver sellers to you like doctors deliver babies. Plain and simple your marketing system must be a motivated seller conveyor belt.
Once you've accomplished this, you will instantly become a motivated seller magnet. However, now that you've attracted sellers you must know how to communicate with them and when you face seller's objections (and you will), you must be prepared and equipped with an arsenal of responses for every situation that you will encounter.
